"Environmental conflicts and the making of world movements for environmental justice" is in the latest issue of the quarterly published by Springer, with an introduction by Alberto Quadrio Curzio [download].
The essay takes up the Lectio Magistralis given by Joan Martinez-Alier (Balzan Prize 2020 for Environmental Challenges) in Milan at the conclusion of the announcement of the winners of the Balzan Prizes, on 12 September 2022, and the speech given by the Spanish economist at the 11th IinteR-La+B seminar the following day.
