The New York Review of Books in its 50th Anniversary issue, just out (7 November 2013) has published the speech given by Ronald Dworkin on the occasion of the awarding of the Balzan Prize to him in Rome in November 2012.
The American philosopher, 2012 Balzan Prizewinner for Jurisprudence, was one of the most important regular contributors to the prestigious New York publication for almost 50 years.
